Over the last couple of months, Talwar & Talwar Consultants played host to a number of prominent personalities across the globe. The prominent ones among them were Dr.Terial Lu, Dr. Rahul Bedi and a delegate group from Finland.
Dr. Terial Lu, a renowned personality in the fields of R&D and IPR(Taiwan)participated in an interactive session organized with the employees of the company. The discussion ranged from clearing misconceptions about Intellectual Property to discussing the collaborations in the fields of technology transfer.
Dr. Bedi is the Chairperson of the Management Program at the Berkeley College, New York. He has also founded a couple of entrepreneurial ventures in India and US. Sharing his extensive knowledge in the field, he discussed recession, its effect on the outsourcing industry and the future growth and concerns in the field. It was an interesting session wherein the participants raised questions on the different facets of doing business.
Talwar & Talwar Consultants also hosted a delegation from Finland, who were looking for technology transfer in the fields of construction, machining and medical devices to and from India. Talwar & Talwar Consultants played an active role of an intermediary in looking out for partnership opportunities for them.

Komal Talwar, the founder member of Talwar & Talwar Consultants has received Women Entrepreneur of the Year award for the northern region from the Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) for the year 2010. She was also a finalist for the Business World ‘Women Entrepreneur of the Year’ award.
Delivery office opened in Tainan (Taiwan)
Talwar & Talwar Consultants, a leading IP consulting and off-shoring firm recently announced the opening of an office in Tainan, Taiwan. “The office will add to our Chinese language capabilities and also provide enhanced technology transfer capabilities under the Mobile Cloud IPR alliance that the firm has recently joined at NCKU campus” said Gautam Malhotra, the Managing Partner of the Taiwan Office.
Expansion of operations in Chandigarh
